Handling Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time.
Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 6 to 10 Business Days from the time they are placed.
We make every effort to process and deliver your orders promptly. However, please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather disruptions, carrier issues, or holidays.

We primarily rely on FedEx for shipping to ensure reliable and timely delivery. However, the choice of delivery service is not fixed and may vary based on factors such as shipping costs, destination, and the delivery timeframe requested by the customer. We reserve the right to select the most suitable shipping platform as needed.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR INCORRECT ORDER
If a customer places an order for the wrong product or provides incorrect details, the following terms apply:
The customer is responsible for covering the shipping charges to return the incorrect product to us.
The customer must also pay the shipping costs for sending the correct product (if applicable). To avoid these issues, please double-check all order details before confirming your purchase.
INCORRECT INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER
Providing accurate and up-to-date information, including the shipping address and contact details, is the customer’s responsibility. Trendcraftid cannot be held liable for delays, delivery failures, or extra costs resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
If the address or contact details provided are incorrect, any resulting delays or failed deliveries will require additional processing time or fees to resolve.
To update incorrect information, contact us immediately at support@trendcraftid.com before your order is shipped.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Once an order is shipped, we cannot update the delivery address. If you need to change your address, please contact us at support@trendcraftid.com immediately before dispatch.
Address changes requested after shipping will not be accommodated, and the customer will bear the cost of any additional shipping required.
ORDER TRACKING SYSTEM
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. You can also use the Track Your Order page, accessible via the header and footer of our website, to track your shipment.

WRONG ADDRESS
If an incorrect address is provided and the shipment cannot be delivered, the package will be returned to our facility. In such cases:
The customer is responsible for the full cost of re-shipping the product to the correct address.
Refunds for undeliverable items will exclude initial shipping costs.

CANCELLATIONS

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take the following steps:
