1.2 Custom or personalized handbags are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Similarly, items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns.

1.3 Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted beyond this period will not be considered, except under exceptional circumstances approved by our team.

1.4 To initiate a return, customers must email support@trendcraftid.com with their order number and reason for the return. Once approved, a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be provided along with instructions.

1.5 Unauthorized returns (those without an RAN) will not be processed and may be sent back to the customer at their expense.

1.6 Customers are responsible for the safe return of the product. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package reaches us.

Return Label Options

Included in the Package: A physical return label can be included in your original order upon request.
Downloadable PDF: Alternatively, we will email you a PDF return label that you can print and use.
Important Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Conditions for Non-Returnable Items

4.2 For damaged or incorrect items, Trendcraftid will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or refund, based on your preference.

Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange option for handbags purchased from our store. If you would like to exchange your handbag for a different size, color, or design, we approve exchanges under the following conditions:

The handbag must be in unused condition with the original tags and packaging intact.
You can request an exchange by contacting our customer support team. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
